We love Russ. He is really good in what he does.

Very nice employees and I was a customer there for years. On my last visit, the doctor that saw me (not Russ) was NOT listening to what I was asking for. It was no surprise that when the lenses arrived, he got the order wrong. Luckily, Russ was willing to reorder with the lenses I wanted. Unfortunately, after only about five months of usage, the lenses have gotten very scratched up just from cleaning them with lens wipes. My $20 2-year old pair of reading glasses from Target don't have a single scratch on them even though I use the same lens wipes to clean them as I used on my prescription lenses. So, I paid $500 for a pair of lenses (not including the frame) that became easily scratched up after only a few months of usage. When I called Russ's optical, they refused to even give me my prescription. So I guess I'm starting from scratch somewhere else. Sad... Just called to try and make an appointment to find out what my prescription is, and what the lens material was made of. I was told that I cannot even make an appointment, and I would have to call back some other time just to make an appointment. It's almost like they are TRYING to get rid of long time customers.

He has been our eye doctor 4 years...as long as my hubby and I have been married...great service

Fast, friendly, variety of choices in eyewear. Quality lenses and frames. Above all family man that is honest and trustworthy. He has been in business for 35 plus years. I personally have vision insurance that he doesnt except but for the quality, professionalism , and price I still go to him and pay out of pocket. He does the work in the store. If you like friendly trustworthy, great prices, and fast service this is the place for you. I would rate this store above 5 stars if I could.

Russ has made my glasses for over a decade and I'll never go anywhere else. My prescription sunglasses and night time driving glasses changed my life, I literally cant drive without them. He and Dr. Lauro are awesome!!! He does exams all day Mondays and Thursdays after 2. They get busy so call for appointments

This place is a hidden gem. My Mom fell today, broke her glasses, and ended up with stitches in her head. She was so worried about her broken glasses that I googled "eyeglass repair" and luckily found Russ's. Not only is their customer service warm and helpful over the phone, but also their repair service is superb. Russ repaired my Mom's glasses on the spot and didn't charge us. We are so grateful for their generosity and excellent customer service that I want everyone reading this to take their business to Russ!

Came in to get an adjustment and gentlemen pointed out I was missing a small piece on my glasses. He was able to cut a small piece of plastic and fix my glasses and adjusted them for free. When I offered to pay he declined. I rely on my glasses for everything and would be blind without them so thank you very very greatful 🙏 would highly recommend!!!!!

The arm on my wife's eyeglass came lose and needed reattachment. I first went to, Optic World (which is also listed as "Fix My glasss" in the same location). I inquired about a repair and they wanted $54. Waaaay to much for a pair of non designer eyeglasses. I got a referral later in the day to Russ Optical. He looked at the glasses and told me he'd be right back. About 7 minutes later he came out of the back with the glasses repaired. I asked how much and he said no charge! I said you godda let me pay somethin'! He said no it was a simple repair. I wholeheartedly recommend Russ for any repair ( your results may vary as far as free repairs) and also any prescription from your doctor!

I was freaking out since my glasses broke at the bridge and I didn't have back ups. Russ found a couple frames that fit my lenses at a fair price and I walked out with practically a new pair of glasses in about 10-15 minutes! He was really nice, helpful, and efficient. Will definitely be back. Best experience with glasses ever!

Russ Optical is the best! They really know how to take care of customers and keep them coming back! Russ is an outstanding guy! My mom has been going to Russ for almost 20 yrs. She was recently diagnosed with A.L.S. And when we went for her appointment he went above and beyond to help us...even as far as lifting her into the exam chair and putting her into the car. He truly is a great guy! Thank you Russ!
