I appreciated the patience they had with my husband and I as we picked out glasses. The follow up customer service as I have needed glasses adjustments has also been wonderful.

The doctor was great, but the sales staff was rude and failed to do their duty when another customer (total stranger) openly insulted me in front of others. As much as I felt like verbally exploding, I stayed calm, left (feeling completely embarrassed and humiliated….after spending almost $1,000), and called the location when I got home. I spoke with an assistant manager who lied to me, as I compared what she said to what one of the sales reps told me. The conversation ended with everything being turned around on me, obviously deflecting versus owning their poor behavior and lack of action. I’ve actually requested my glasses be sent to a different location, as the overall environment at the Breton is uncomfortable, and juvenile in behavior.

Great Customer service!! Employees really seem to enjoy their job. Thank you Jackie and Anthony (made my day)!!! Both ever professional and humorous.
