Although a patient at another location, I visited this branch as they had an appointment available for the day I needed. Never have I been more pleased! Dr. Leo provided me a thorough and comprehensive exam; taking the time to explain not only every test he was performing, but also the changes he saw and the best options to care for my new and changing optical needs. Brian at the front desk was welcoming, charming and funny! He immediately made me feel at ease! After my exam, I was treated to quality time with Elle and Deven as we worked to find new frames. There was never a feeling of being rushed and these two wonderful women took everything I said into consideration. As someone who is quite self conscious about their looks and the new challenges of being disabled, I was treated with care and concern. Plus a bonus! We really had fun! I would highly recommend visiting this location in your optical needs.

After 10 years going threw the same optical office, I finally made a long needed switch to RX Optical and I couldn't be happier! The staff was so welcoming and attentive! Ellie took the time and interest in making sure I left with exact pair of glasses I was searching for and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend this location! 10/10

What a wonderful experience from the minute you walk in! Perfect lighting which is important for picking out glasses. Low traffic area so not a lot of distractions of people coming and going. Professional staff that were knowledgeable yet listened to my needs vs wants. Just an all-around pleasant and productive experience. Oh, and an excellent variety of glasses as opposed to some other locations. Bought two!
