Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Was nervous for my appointment but every person here made me feel comfort and was kind. I felt like I was talking to friends and the process was easy as ever. Found amazing new frames and my go to eye place. 10/10 reccomend to everyone.

I had a great experience today at RX Optical. The optometrist was kind and thorough. He made me feel comfortable. The opticians were great. Honest. Funny. The gentleman who served me was awesome. Took the time to measure carefully, and to work through the insurance stuff for me. A very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.

I went to the website to schedule an appointment and then they followed up and got all my info except they forgot to ask if I was diabetic which they I was told by one of the people there that they were supposed to do. So I got there and they said they could not see me because of that. I had an older gentleman with a pony tail tgat wrks there tell me it was my responsibility to tell them so basically he was pushing it onto me! After me getting a little more upset they said they would take 10% off my glasses but that still meant I had to wait another week to be seen because they has nothing that I could fit into. I decided it was just bothering me to much so I am going someplace else where I may get better service!
