Dr Ockley was kind, efficient and very thorough. We had been given an appointment for a different doctor, but the address for Dr. Ockley’s clinic. When the office person noticed that we were in the wrong place, she quickly reassured us that they could help us in that facility. It was late in the day and we had traveled two hours to get there, so we were grateful, but apprehensive. I wasn’t sure how the doctor would feel about an unscheduled patient. We were surprised at the kindness, and friendliness of all the personnel, but more so with Dr. Ockley’ kindness, efficiency and patience. ❤️❤️

Dr. Ockey gave me a quick quality assessment during my follow up appointment. He is knowledgeable concerning my eye health. I highly recommend Dr. Ockey.

We found Dr Ockley very knowledgeable, he explained thoroughly what was wrong with the left eye. He walked us through the healing process. We'll see him in12 months time. The $52 that the office asked for is for the glasses prescription, it is linked to an additional examination and we understand it.

Wait time was brief. Dr. Ockey explained the details of my check up thoroughly. And gave me some advice, as well. I even got an eye exam for glasses through him while I was there.

The staff was efficient. The appointment reminders were great. The preregistration was helpful and the self check-in kiosts were fantastic. No waiting for busy staff. The doctor was professional, He used clear and focussed communication. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and not rushed.

Thanks to this great professional, I can, at my age, enjoy a better sight and life as a whole. Gracias …..muchas!!!!!!

Dr Ockey, OD is great. He listens to your concerns and answers questions with patience and understanding. Dr Ockey, OD uses terminology for the patient to understand. Great staff and professionalism. I recommend highly.

May 6, 2025 My visit with Dr. Ockey was very comfortable, informative and pleasant. He explained what diabetes is doing to my vision and what I need to do to prevent blindness. It was a fun and happy ambiance. Thank you Dr. Ockey. 2026- Dr. Ockey listened to my concerns and he immediately knew how to help me. He explained thoroughly and I understood everything he said. My visits with him are comfortable because he is very professional, kind and patient. I highly recommend him.
