Dr. Sullivan blatantly refused to work with my daughter because he was “uncomfortable” working with deaf patients, and my daughter had to leave the office without being served. He insisted on us working thru an interpreter at a later date even though we did not request one (and had never needed one for countless eye exams and consultations). It was my teenage daughter’s first time being discriminated against on the basis of her disability, and it was very disheartening and dismaying to see this even in 2022 in progressive Maryland. We won’t be back here because we don’t want to work with a doctor that holds such discomfort working with people with disabilities. We have worked with another MyEyeDr branch in Delaware and the doctors and staff there were WONDERFUL (and we didn’t need an interpreter!).

Dr Sullivan was very empathetic, patient, informative and gave my 88 year young mom lots if TLC. Would HIGHLY recommend him and this practice! Great patient service from start to finish!
