Took about a month and a half to get glasses because of a delay I wouldn't have known about if I never called. I cancelled the frame order & they were able to put lenses into frames I brought in myself. Wanted to order sunglasses from another place a few months later, but realized I never got a copy of my prescription. I emailed to ask for it and only got a reply after I called about a week later. No PD listed so I asked for that as well and to this day(this was back in June/July) have not gotten a reply. I got my PD from the previous place I got my glasses. Staff was pleasant enough, but I won't be coming back. I felt like an inconvenience during my entire experience which I have never felt in my 21+ years of wearing/buying glasses.

They charged me for services and products I did not request. They sent me to collections when I refused to pay for the lenses I told them I did not want to purchase. I paid for my consultation and that was all I wanted since I planned to purchase the contacts on my own. They insisted on ordering contacts for me. I never picked them up and therefore never paid for a product I never said I wanted. The owner has said I was never a patient/customer there…. That is a lie. I most certainly was. If I wasn’t then the fact that they sent me to collections is even more unscrupulous. Also how would they know from a google name that I was or wasn’t a customer. I don’t leave reviews unless something was great or horrible… you can see my other reviews.

I am frustrated beyond measure. I had my appointment for contacts in April. Ever since I have been trying to get my prescription. I called, I emailed, I left voice mails. Finally a lady at the office said that she will mail me the prescription. She did........but it was a prescription for glasses not contacts. Are you people serious? It has been 6 months. I have been without contacts for 6 freeking months. Refund me the money if you can't give me my prescription. Ridiculous.
