Been calling forever and can’t get a hold of anyone. They did an eye exam on me and charged my insurance. But can’t even get band to me.

UPDATED REVIEW: October 15, 2025 I went into the office one week ago to have the receptionist fax over documents to my primary care provider so that I may get the Proper referral to an ophthalmologist so that I can get surgery done on the cataract on my left eye . I just communicated with my primary providers office today and this office has yet to send anything over. . What is wrong with the receptionist at this business??? How difficult can be to fax over documents from this EYECARE facility ?? I highly suggest if you’re looking into being a patient at this office, don’t do it . If I could give this office zero star rating I would!! I’ve had the most inexcusable experience with this office. First appointment ever at this office the optometrist put me in the seat, set the black vision tools upon my eyes but he had me sitting at an angle and I wasn’t able to get a proper view of the letters during the exam. I knew the script wasn’t going to be right. I just knew. The eye glass selection with my insurance only offered 3 different glass frames to choose from but only one fit me so I had to get them. The wait time for them was only a few weeks which wasn’t bad. Then upon picking them up I waited in 96 degree weather outside for the office to open. Couldn’t open the door at least one minute sooner. I already knew these glasses weren’t going to be right. They aren’t. I put them on after the assistant handed them to me from behind the counter. She didn’t even sit with me to adjust them. Simply said “come back in a few weeks if they don’t work for you. I find that odd because my insurance isn’t going to pay for another visit. Overall I’m extremely disappointed and hoping my review helps someone from going through this experience.

I have been a loyal patient for five-plus years. Dr. Ngo is professional and knowledgeable, and he knows exactly what you need. I go to both locations every six months for my contacts and glasses.

Don't go here it's a joke. It took 3 days of calling to get them to answer. Then in my appointment the doc was on speaker phone with someone. Not professional at all.

I was slightly hesitant on going here due to the reviews BUT lucky for me, they had a same day opening! I don't see how they have so many bad reviews. The optometrist is so nice and literally knowledgeable, explains things in ways we can actually understand and is honestly a super chill guy. His staff is really nice and knowledgeable also. Literally zero pressure, you want glasses or contacts through them great but if you don't that's cool too. And the wait was 2-4 weeks not the 10 like other reviews have stated but each case is different I guess. Also, the 2-4 wk wait is what most optometrist offices say even though they get the glasses in much quicker. Definitely happy I found them and will be bringing my kids here too.

Excellent, works for me ..

This place has great customer service but it takes too long to get your glasses it took 10 WEEKS for them to arrive other places they only take 2-3 DAYS.

Front desk is awesome can't wait to make it to my appointment.

I have gone to Sactown Eyecare every two years for 6 years. I have always had excellent service and great glasses selections.

Great customer service you do need to Read open hours before you go great Dr. Ngo

Terrible service I went in to get contact lenses there was no one in the clinic and it took them 2 hours. The main doctor is borderline ok but the check in lady was downright terrible, told me to try on contacts that had fallen on the floor this floor was filthy. I didn't put them on and she gave a big fuss then I ask for my prescription and the lady at the counter sais it will be an extra $20 cash i asked why not card and she said, " if you don't know don't ask" with a very rude tone then I call in after paying cash to get my prescription for my contacts and the lady put down the phone on me 6 times and when I got ahold if her she gave me some kind of link that she said was my prescription I press it and its a Chinese website about food. Don't go here it is Terrible😡
