My experiences with Dr. Hannush and his team were exemplary. He is patient and caring person, obviously brilliant and even called me on a Sunday to answer my many questions about my pending surgeries. I felt extremely confident even with being fully awake during two cataract with implant placement surgeries. He has an amazing touch and I would recommend him to my family and friends in a heart-beat!

Dr. Hannush and his staff very professional and caring. They were very informative and I knew what to expect before during and after the surgery was performed. I cannot say enough of how wonderful Dr. Hannush and his staff are. I had put off this cataract surgery for some time . I was fearful. Glad my eye doctor Dr. Rudolph recommend him. My vision has greatly improved did not realize how bad it was. I highly recommend this practice.

My initial experience was horrible with this office thanks to their office manager I believe name was Laurina , as soon as she picked up the phone it was a horrible disrespectful tone. I advise her that my dad was referred to this office that was sent from another doctor office for an appointment and I never got a call back to schedule. She immediately blame me for it and question how important the appointment even was for my father, and proceeded to argue with me regarding the availability. The most nastiest tone and the most unprofessional manager I ever got the chance too speak too. I advise I wanted to speak to someone else and I was even an email address by Danielle I believe her name was and she apologize because she heard how nasty she was on the phone, to send a written complaint no one as written me back till this day. They need to fire her asap since she’s so unhappy with her job.
