Dr. Bowen is highly educated and is recommended and respected by other eye professionals in the Greater Phoenix (Gilbert -Mesa) area. After my cataract surgery I can see clearly now! Dr. Bowen also treats my wife's glaucoma with her surgery scheduled in January.
