The employees so professionally, the Dr is a wonderful and companion.

Grandmother appointment schedule for 2:45pm and the doctor didn't come in to evaluate her until 4:45pm (2 hours later). Great customer service from staff.

I showed up to my appointment and there was a 30 minute wait to be seen. The other location in Deltona is a nicer office and much more space. I would not recommend this location.

Worthless for my 86 year old mother. They won't answer the phone! Get put on hold for 20 minutes and FINALLY get a chance to leave a voicemail...and they never call back. They messed up TWO of her scheduled surgery appointments. My brother and I are jumping thru hoops to get her there, and "Oh. We'll have to reshedule. We'll call you". Never heard a peep neither time. I had to physically stuff a note in the door (after hours) to get them to call me. They're just an insurance farm and could care less about quality service.

I had my first appointment today and although it took a bit longer than expected my experience here was nothing but amazing! The office staff is approachable, friendly and patient. My doctor was very informative, funny and explained to me very clearly about my results that I did not feel the need to ask repeated questions. I felt very comfortable with coming back to this place and would highly recommend this doctors office to anyone. See you in a year for my follow up! - Siera T.

I’m writing this review for my 85 year old Mom. She had an appointment with Dr. Cole on about April 4th 2026. She said he never introduced himself, didn’t ask any questions and went off the info the techs took and left the room. Gave her some eye drops and sent her home. It infuriates me to think you call yourself a physician Dr. Cole. You really need to work on your people skills!

If you can, go to a different Doctor. This office is understaffed and the reception desk can be rude. They repeatedly overbook appointments every single day. They hassle you about being on time, they'll threaten not to see you if your 10 mins late, but they'll have you sitting in the office waiting for over an hour even if you get there early or on time. Makes no sense. The office is just ran very poorly. The general care is okay, but the overall experience really sucks. I would not recommend this office unless there is no other option. That's for the orange city location too, you'll get the same treatment.
