Friendly staff but my goodness they take SO long. We weren’t roomed until 30 minutes passed our appointment time. Checked in at 9:40, it is now 11am and we haven’t even seen the dr yet. Just the medical assistants. My 6 year old is fully dilated so he can’t see or walk about and he’s beyond bored waiting on them.

I was very happy with my visit here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable, and he took the time to make sure I was getting a prescription tailored for my situation. It was also interesting to see the 3D scan of my eye. Dr. Brown briefly went over what exactly the small veins and arteries we were looking at were-- Very cool! With the clinic only seeing one patient at a time, I felt very taken care of by everyone. I was also incredibly grateful to have help picking out new frames-- that's always the hardest part, hah. I'm excited to get my new glasses!

Went in to Salem Eye Clinic for the first time, and can say I am very pleased with my experience. Dr. Brown made me feel welcome, and was very friendly. Made me laugh a couple of times, and was able to come up with a prescription that would work best for me. Jason is super nice and also will give you amazing service with finding the right frames for you. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
