Scratched my glasses to where I could not see. Fallen 2 times in last 2 Days. Reached out for help from this office. Could not help except to give me a date to recheck my eyes in 2 weeks. I will never use this Dr. again.

Horrible customer service. I’ve called several times and my call gets dropped. When they finally answer I got put on hold. Was on hold for 45min then finally gave up. How is this place still open?

The Dr. Is always amazing but his front office staff is so rude. The one lady helping with glasses seemed bothered by questions and rude to customers. Definitely makes me want to look for a different provider.
