Dr. Waldo was amazing! This was our first apt with him for my 14 y/o. She's autistic and he was so accommodating, warm, and patient. He explained the difference between near sighted and far sighted, he cracked some jokes and we both had a great experience! The rest of the staff was so friendly, too! Karen helped us find a pair of glasses that were fun, and in my budget. I also love that I can text the office about insurance info, apt info, etc. We were searching for a great doctor, and WE FOUND WALDO!

I just love Dr. Waldo. Have been seeing him for a few years now. He's done great with every prescription. One of Salmon Creek Vision Centers problem is their stock on frames. UGLY, not my style and if you go somewhere else to use a different pair of frames they will charge you. Please oh please get a much better stock of frames. There aren't that many to choose from in the first place and what you have is just gross. Not all faces are built the same way, I can't wear any frames they do NOT have a nose bridge. I got dem phat chubby chipmunk cheeks. Do you know how often I would have to clean those glasses? And frames, without nose bridges, are just uncomfortable on my face and for me. Also, the professionalism of the employees that help you with choosing your frames, and framing them to your face...not the best. But again, Dr. Waldo, A++++++++

I came to see Dr. Waldo for a standard eye exam for new contact lenses and glasses. The office was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the customer service was the worse I have ever experienced. It took me almost 6 months to try and get my prescription finalized before I just went elsewhere. After Dr Waldo performed my vision exam for my glasses, I ordered the pair with a third-party service and when they came in, they were blurry and difficult to see. I was charged a $50 “Re-check” fee since it came from a third-party and he let me know that the vision DID in fact change, but its not his responsibility since they were ordered elsewhere. The office also could not get contact lenses vision correct. After the 4th trial pair of lenses that were blurry and gave me headaches, I went to a more experienced doctor and they let me know that the lenses I had were almost an entire point off what my prescription should actually be. My prescription for my glasses was also wrong so I had to buy an additional new pair of glasses because of the doctors incorrect prescription. Dr. Waldo was condescending and did not take any responsibility for the incorrect prescription. He blamed the contacts being incorrect on fluctuating vision due to medication (which I am not on any). Upon asking him if he could at the least refund me my benefits so I get my prescription checked elsewhere, he refused and said he has put in too much time and effort to give me my benefits back. It was unfortunate to experience an office that lacked such customer service, professionalism, and accountability. For the price this office charges, it not worth your energy or time,
