The doctor is good enough. He was very pleasant . He did a great job. Most of the staff did a good job.
This issue is that they do not disclose everything and how it is billed so that the customer can make the best decision possible. The billing person Emily had developed attitude regarding this whole thing. I advised her that it was not disclosed to me up front all the charges. She said that it is disclosed on the form I signed. I told her that I was going to tell everyone and the google reviews a very poor score. She said what ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Dr. Benator is a wonderful eye specialist and surgeon. I have seen her many times for my yearly eye care and am very pleased with her and her staff. Mostly, though, both of my children have had LASIK / PRK surgery from her and it has completely changed their lives! I am truly grateful for her expertise, skill, and care. I would highly recommend Dr. Benator to anyone seeking outstanding vision care.

I've been making annual visits to Dr. Benator for more than a decade, and have always received thorough and friendly attention in my eye check-ups. Dr. Benator also did my Lasik eye surgery 11 years ago. The surgery went smoothly; my very near-sighted vision was corrected and has remained around 20/20 since that time.
