Very professional!

The optometrist was very professional, nice and knowledgeable! He answered all my questions and concerns and gave a thorough exam! The ladies that helped me find frames were very patient and helpful in finding me not one, but two trendy new frames. Thanks so much :)

First time at Sam’s with a new member ship as of this week and I was excited to get a new pair of glasses before my insurance renews. The lady was so rude and acted like she didn’t want to help me, almost as if I was inconveniencing her as she also let another woman cut in front of me and then when I finally was able to be helped she made me feel as if I was a nuisance to her. Asked me if I need to place an order? Since this was my first time here how was I suppose to know the process then basically felt as she didn’t want to deal with my insurance or ghat it “wasn’t in network” which it was because I have spoke to another lady twice before coming in to verify it all. Who was great btw. Needless to say I can’t say if I’m happy I dodged a bullet not having to deal with her or if I’m upset I was not able to get new glasses as the current prescriptions are not correct to my eyes right now because it changes rapidly due to my health condition.
