Kind and helpful.

A fantastic place to pick up some essential kitchen and home supplies. The restrooms are clean (very few are), it's easy to navigate, and it feels safe. As for the food they sell, the quality could be improved.

Hire more people for curbside. I had to wait 15 minutes just to get into the pickup parking and fighting with people to get in a parking since there were several other cars waiting to get a parking at pickup. The people parked was standing around looking desperate like they been standing there forever. Last time I do a curbside. What a nightmare. On top of it all I go inside and they can't give me my order when I'm staring at it. Almost an hour process

Their curbside pick up is very dysfunctional. Their own coworkers say how the other one is being lazy at the moment. So sad to see people not taking value in their jobs. Not all of them are like that but the lack for getting things done is outrageous.

I’m a Sam’s club member for well over a decade. I had my eye exam done in my local Sam’s club in Sanford. But I forgot to get a measurement done for special glasses. The bald head gentleman with glasses said to me in a demanding way that “I HAD TO BUY glasses” there if I wanted to get that measurement done. I advised I wouldn’t mind paying for it to be done but that Sam’s did not have the glasses that I wanted. Extremely disrespectful and I will likely be canceling my membership because of the lack of professionalism from this gentleman.
