The manager and an employee named Debra were extra helpful. Twice before an employee by the name of Tammy was there and was extremely rude and discourteous. She didn't acknowledge my presence and never left her seat to help me until I asked for a manager; then she got up and acted like she cared. BOTH TIMES. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help. The third time I was there, I was fortunate enough to be helped by Debra and another employee (I didn't get her name). Both were friendly, helpful, and extremely patient. Because of them I'm rating a 4 star; otherwise it would have been a 1 star.

I used to get my contacts here and pay over $200 for a simple exam!! This place is a scam. I went to Costco across the street for WAY less. Don’t bother wasting money here on the exam or contacts. It’s cheaper and better to order contacts online.
