Apparently, they don't accept bluecross blueshield fep. I literally used this same insurance 2 years ago here, but mmmkkkay

Been trying to get my optical prescription for several days, 3 days to be exact and zero people pick up phone at optical, the opticians (doc) w/in Sam’s, or even Sam’s customer service dept. I even tried hearing department and other departments to see if they could run a note over to optical or doc office to see if I could plz get my prescription, to no avail, as I’m outside of TX now. Incredible smh 🤦🏼♀️
