I've been seeing Dr. Pham (a UCLA grad who went on to a Naval commission) for nearly a decade. She is completely professional, has modern equipment, and always addresses my concerns. I trust her.

Horrible experience. Very, very brief exam. I was prescribed THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION glasses!!! Ended up making my vision worse and gave me migraines! Had to return. Dr offered a free second exam...uh no...I'll pass and go to an optometrist that knows what they're doing this time.

The first call, the phone rang for 2 minutes before being answered. Then I was put on hold for 10 MINUTES before hanging up. I called back and no one EVER answered. I let it ring for 4 minutes . Then on the third call, I was told the Doctor doesn't work Wednesdays.
