One optician (very professional and pleasant - not her fault) was left to run the entire operation on a Saturday. I got there at 10:35 and there were three customers in front of me. It became clear that they all had fairly complicated needs and by 11:00 we had just moved on to the second customer. I had a 1:00 obligation, so I left and did my shopping in the (dim) hope that it might slow down for the poor optician. Came back at 11:30 and the line was even deeper. Left without the two new pairs of glasses for which I traded a little over $500, and which are still sitting in a drawer. Hello, I'm Jamey and I'm a first and last time customer. Once more time I'll give major kudos to the optician for handling such an awful situation so well.

Great prices, big selection. The people that helped me and the optometrist were very friendly, helpful.Will definitely be back.

The doctor was patient and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.
