Dr. Neptune is thorough and personable. He cares a lot for his patients and has been accommodating when we have needed a quick follow up appointment. The optical staff is often juggling many things at once but they are amazing to work with and similarly very helpful. Earlier this year one of my trial contacts tore and I needed a replacement ASAP. Vandalia Sam’s Optical had my set and they directed me there. They took care of me without any fuss and no cost to me. All around awesome experience. Way better than some of the chain eyeglass stores we’ve dealt with in the past! This alone makes the cost of membership worth it, and that doesn’t include the pharmacy that has saved us hundreds or thousands over the years

This is by FAR the best optical experience I've had in nearly a decade. The eye doctor and staff here are phenomenal. Haven't been able to see this clearly in 8 years or more.

They were professional and so helpful with my glasses. I had to have adjusted a couple of times and it was easy and fast.
