I really appreciate Shujat patience with as he went over and beyond to show me how to use the Sam app for a fast check out! Not only did he show me how to use the app to check out. I had a great experience and was handled by the combination of two reps. Apeksha mostly took care of me and was trying to find me in the system to do a warranty job on my glasses. She had some issues finding me, but then Shantell came into the picture and helped retrieve my information, and they set me up really nice. They ordered my replacement ,and within a few day's later they called me to for the pick-up!! I left both time's satisfied 😌 and happy with my glasses perfectly fitting upon my beautiful face!!
