Janice is amazing! I had the pleasure of waiting while someone else got their eye exam. She is personable friendly and right on task. I saw her working with young people, I would guess 7yrs to 12yrs, and she treated them like people, asked their names and they seemed to respond well to her. I would definately suggest Sam's Club optics to anyone from 5 to 120!
Just an update: The entire staff was amazing!

Visiting from out of town, and tore a contact. Janice was VERY helpful and kind in helping me get a replacement, despite not much help from my Optometrist back home.
