The team at Sam’s Club Optical is great—everyone is always helpful and friendly. Ian, however, really stood out and is the reason I wanted to leave a review. He makes a point to make you feel like you are his top priority and never makes you feel rushed or like you’re being difficult. Every time I apologized for taking too long or because my glasses still weren’t quite right, he immediately reassured me and made me feel like it was no problem at all. He is incredibly knowledgeable and great at what he does, but he’s also great at explaining things in a way that’s easy to understand. More than anything, he is just genuinely sweet, patient, and attentive. You can tell he really cares about helping people and making sure they leave happy. He is an absolute asset to the optical department!
