Only Sam's I've ever been to that has just one associate to help and take care of customers. While I'm waiting with another man to be helped, for 15 minutes now, the associate is just chatting it up. Not a care in the world that he has customers waiting. I'll never come here again.

My husband and I each ordered glasses, explaining at the time that we needed them within a week as we were going out of the country. We were told they would let us know if it was a problem. They never did. I called 2 days before we left, then one day- they still had not arrived. We were disappointed at the poor service and will not use Sams again. Sams told us to come in for a refund, but that really didnt help as we needed our glasses

They cancelled my appointment 2 days before I was scheduled to arrive. I went into this location on Welsh Rd in Willow Grove (Optical Center) on September 26. I scheduled an appointment for October 10th 2020. I took the day off from work to be available for this appointment. Today, October 8 the Optical Center informs me that the appointment is cancelled. I already took the day off and can't get it back. I asked can they accommodate me with another appointment because the cancellation is on there side. They're next available for me was another two weeks away. Luckily for me, Costco isn't far away.
