I love this store including the tire service except for the optical center. They don’t deserve the reputation of the Sam’s club. The staff’s ability is not reliable and they even made a mistake with my prescription for the first time. They also declined my request for refund of the lenses within 90 days. Please go Target optical if you look for excellent service even though it is a bit expensive.

I brought in my own designer glasses and they put in perfectly fit lenses for much less than the competitors. Will definitely purchase from Sam's Optical again. Also, the two ladies were nice and helpful.

Terrible quality lenses. Got my glasses back and the lenses weren’t even popped into the frames correctly due to the lenses being cut wrong. My second pair weren’t even the right script. Yes the prices are lower, but it’s not worth having glasses that aren’t useable!
