Horrible experience. Dirty equipment, remote service no follow up. Wholly dissatisfied.

Very small selection, horrible customer service: they refuse to transfer a prescription to Walmart optical. Their kids sports glasses frames broke within three months.

Do not recommend, save your time and go somewhere else. Walked up to the desk where 2 employees were sitting, on their phones texting. I started to ask my question and the girl with dark hair, long eye lashes and extravagant eyeshadow rudely answered my questions with extreme annoyance for interrupting her texting. As I walked away, my husband was waiting for me (unbeknownst to the employee) and watched her turn to her coworker and roll her eyes. As a Sam’s Club member for years, I was highly disappointed.

The doctor is by TELEHEALTH only! I didn't know that until I was in office, I made the appointment on the phone. My prescription was way off and I could not try my contacts in office so I could tell the doctor if it was right or not. I would have to go back on a Tuesday or Thursday when the Doctor is "IN" but she is out of state and it's on a not great computer connection.
Also beware you will pay for a retinal scan without your knowledge $39. This was the most expensive eye appointment I have had as well.
Beware.
I purchased glasses online for my son and over time the arm has gotten loose. I tried to tighten the screws with the tools I had but no success. I was in Sam’s Club and thought I would ask them for help. As others vision centers are …
Great experience, and thorough exam.
