I keep seeing on here about Service. If you're looking for great service look no further. Jackie in the optical center is the kindest, most understanding and hard working professional I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I spoke with her on the phone before coming and her customer service was welcoming. We get there and our insurance site is down, we know this because she goes above and beyond by calling the insurance when she couldn't pull up our coverage. Is that a big deal. Not even a blink of her eyes she let's us pick frames and gets everything ready and says she will ca us the next day once she has the insurance information. Get this she does. I don't have to call or do it myself she calls me with all the details. Turns out I had our frame coverage wrong. Now mind you they close at 6:30, and I have two rambunctious children. Grabbing every frame possible. Not only did she handle this with grace and kindness the first time but we have to come back December 31st, a Friday, at the end of the year! We show up and she recognized us right away and even asked about my daughter when she didn't see her right away. My daughter couldn't decide on frames and she graciously changed it from the first choice to the second and then back again. No frustration what so ever. I know personally that my family members couldn't have been as gracious to me and my kiddos. I don't know about you but if you can go somewhere that you get treated better than family then that's above and beyond service. If sams club knows what their doing as a business they should show her the appreciation she deserves. If I had my own business I would steal her out from under their nose. There are very few people who are that amazing with people, much less good at and fast at their job. She should be manager at a minimum. I'm honestly blown away by her professionalism and kindness because who she is as a person just shines through. I've found where I'm getting my glasses next year and it has nothing to do with the prices. It's all because I know if Jackie's there it will make a sometimes stressful situation of shopping for glasses with the whole family an pleasant one!

Prices are amazing but the service is awful. My daughter decided that she wanted to being hwr own frames in. They qouted me the price. However, every time I went to drop the frames off they advised that something else was needed. I was back and forth at the store 5 times. The forth time i was upset and I had the lady write down everything that was needed. When I came back the next day I was told that I had everything that was needed finally but they machine was down for a while and they are waiting on the part but they will call me as soon as the part came in. I lost it at this point but was still respectful. I rely wish they had started with the machine was down. Gas is at an all time high and 5 trips was too much only to be told that the machine had been down. I will NEVER return. This qas my first experience and it was awful. I was force to click the 1 star just to make a comment.

I do not recommend Sam's Club Optical, Greensboro, NC. I spent over and hour at Sam's Club Optical Center, just to leave without the glasses that I was supposed to pick up. Sam's Optical Center has very limited fames to choose from. When I arrived to pick up my glasses, the right lens popped out at the corner. I was told, "sometimes the faultiness gets by us." They were to be sent back and I waited another week for them to return. When picking up the second time, it was difficult to adjust the fit and he would have to work on that and had me come back by. I shopped around in the store and returned to the optical center. Trying on the glasses again, the left lens popped out right into the Optical Center manager's hand. I went to check out and returned, and was told to pick another frame. No! There are limited frames to choose from and I did not care for another frame that they had. During the refund process, the cashier made errors that required waiting for someone to come override whatever she'd done. I do not recommend Sam's Club Optical.
