I ordered glasses from here and after I picked everything up, I kept getting text messages saying I had an order to pick up. I called to kindly let them know that I had picked everything up. Unfortunately, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and the phone call dropped. I called again and was put on hold for another 15 minutes. I finally hung up. I was not even asked if I wanted to hold for the second phone call or given a chance to talk. Additionally, during the second phone call, an associate would randomly tell me to keep holding. I tried saying please don't put me back on hold, I just have to tell you something quick. They did not even listen and would just put me on hold. You need more associates!! Corpus needs another Sam's Club. It is always packed and you can barely move around.
