These bïtches never answer the phone, you can call at opening time, midday, 1 hours before closing and they NEVER pick up the phone. It’s impossible to make an appointment, the doctor here I really like which is the only reason I insist on trying to make an appointment. I’ve called everyday for the past week at different times and have not had anyone pick up that damn phone. I think I’m going to go to Costco and try my luck there even though last time their optical staff was rude but not picking up the phone for a week is just as rude at this point.

Ladies working there were super helpful and kind, and I'm so grateful! I was on a trip and forgot my contacts at home, but they pulled through the same day with the contacts in stock. Thanks again!
