The WORST experience we’ve ever had with Samsclub! OD was super inpatient, gave us wrong prescriptions, let’s not forget the wait we had to wait on receiving our contacts! I will never recommend not even to my worst enemy, if you have a chance to go somewhere else do it! Also how ridiculous is it that we have to make an appointment to pick up our contacts !? Ridiculous & time consuming!! But wait they accept walk ins for eye exams? Make it make sense to me! They didn’t take long taking our money so they shouldn’t take long giving us what we ordered! Anyways not worth It!

Great experience! Excellent staff with great optics. I’ve purchased from Sam’s Club Optical for years with great results. The last pair of glasses I purchased is for computer and up close viewing. I stopped by to see if my glasses had arrived and was told they should be here tomorrow. No problem I’ll stop by later. Fast forward 10 minutes, I look up while shopping and the sales associate is looking for me in the store! My glasses were dropped off just after I left the optical store. I was so thankful Justin took the time to find me. I will definitely be back to purchase my next glasses from Sam’s! Highly recommend! 👏🏻

Do not make an appointment with the optometrist if you are female or have children. I brought my kids with me to my appointment and was told this was a doctor's office not a nursery. I wanted to hold my son (who is teething) so he wouldn't cry and was told I couldn't because he my break a 2000lb piece of equipment that's bolted to the floor. I was railroaded because I'm a woman. Well this woman will never come back. I love Sams and have been a customer for years and will continue to be so, but this optometrist was extremely rude.
