I went to Sam's Club optical because I have been a Sam's Club member for 20 years, I would not recommend anyone going to get contact lenses or glasses from Sam's Club. The price is nice, but they do not have any knowledge at all of what they're doing. I myself had to go back twice to the ophthalmologist and tell him what I needed, because he couldn't figure it out on his own.His Is receptionist no better? She was trying to make up my prescription as we went. Instead of following the guidelines.

Just had the best experience here! Marian knew more than anyone I've talked to at a vision center. She talked face shapes, skin tones, prescriptions, frame materials, frame colors, tinting options, and anything else we asked. She also knew her whole inventory....she could think of one similar to the one I liked, walk straight to it, and pick it off the shelf. She was happy to make suggestions or stay in the background. She was the ideal kind of helpful. And she even stayed a few minutes late to help us. I'll recommend her to anyone.
