I’ve been wearing glasses since I was a teen and I’ve been to plenty of eye appointments. Dr.Jiang has been thee BEST. She went out of her way to see if my medical insurance had any vision coverage even though I thought I didn’t, guess what? I did! She didn’t have to look for me but she did. If it wasn’t for her helpful willingness, I would have paid full price. If she accepted tips, I would have most definitely given her one! She is knowledgeable and most importantly kind. I left her office feeling confident and my contacts have been a great fit for my dry eyes. I will be recommending her to everyone!

The people at this place are absolutely irresponsible. They keep on file my insurance information and still for the second time they didn’t use my insurance coverage. Please make sure you bring your paperwork and that they do it right. You should expect better from Sam’s Club but O am not sure if they don’t know how to do their job or they just really don’t care about the customer.

These people are the WORST to deal with. I couldn’t get in to see their optometrist anytime soon, because they’re all booked up. So I went somewhere else to get my new prescription. Came back to Sam’s club , so I could order a trial pair, seeing as they don’t make my new prescription anymore with my current lenses. I’m told they won’t give me a trial pair because I went to an outside optometrist! Seriously told me I’d have to BUY new contacts, without trying them out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I’ve been coming here for glasses and contacts for 5 years! Never again, and honestly I’m probably going to cancel my membership to Sam’s because it seems they have becoming less and less costumer oriented, and treat their patrons like trash.
