Just ask for Mark! Actually, everyone we've worked with at the optical department has been great. They are patient with my kids, they're great at communicating insurance info and we get our contacts and glasses back quickly and with no issues. It's the only department at Sam's I enjoy!

This optics team is amazing!!! I cannot say enough good things. I came in with 6 sets of glasses to have new lens put in, they were champs. I also called back a few months later to ask for a receipt I misplaced. They go above and beyond. I'll be coming here for my optics needs. Wonderful, kind, thoughtful people! Also shout out to Max!!! Hillary was absolutely amazing! She helped me so much and was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I really loved the way she treated me and how carefully she fixed my glasses.
