I have never dealt with a slower or more incompetent group of people. First, we made appointments for myself, my husband and my daughter to have exams. The doctor ran almost an hour late for the exams. Then it took almost 3 weeks for my daughter's glasses to come in. When I called after about a week, they told me the lab "broke" the glasses the first time and they needed to be remade. They promised to rush the order but it still took another week and a half. I returned today to get my own glasses. I only needed the glasses as I had already an exam with their optician (at the same time as my daughter). I sat there for over an hour while their clerk tried to figure out what my benefits were (despite having a record in my daughter's file as to what her benefits were). After almost an hour of this and being told the website was down (as if there is no such thing as a telephone), I asked for a copy of my prescription so that I could go to another location. It took another almost ten minutes for someone to make a copy of my prescription. All of this lazy, incompetent customer service was accomplished while I had a toddler in my cart and I was wearing a 3 month old baby, who both (understandably) got incredibly fussy by the end of the useless hour. This experience has guaranteed that I will never return to Sams Club Optical. Realize that if you frequent this business, you better have plenty of time to sit around dealing with nonsense.

Had a wonderful experience during my eye exam. For it being my first time, it went really smoothly. I felt comfortable with the Tech Claribell and got results right away!

This is just for selling eyeglasses. Not for exams. Why do two trips? It doesn’t make any sense save yourself a ton of money and buy eyeglasses online and get exam at real doctor. Get prescription and take it from there. Save a bundle.
