Review for independent doctor - contact eye exam Receptionist is an older lady who is rude and very unprofessional. I felt the doctor saw this and had an over kill with kindness, which somewhat offset the rudeness of the receptionist. This doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism from the receptionist. The equipment didn’t look clean. Which made me wonder if it’s sanitized before each patient. At my previous eye exams, with Target Optical, the Dr would sanitize the equipment right before I used it. I was going on vacation and I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere before departing. That’s the only reason I chose to go forward with the eye exam. Otherwise I would have walked out. 2 Stars

The rep that was there when I went was rude and no help to me. She just seat on her chair on her phone and looked like she was not interested and helping me. I was asking about the price on contacts and told her that I had forgotten my prescription at home and she just rudely said. Will the prices are on there and since you don’t have your prescription all will then I can’t help you 🤷🏻‍♀️ Really bad service 😠 Couldn’t even bother getting out of her seat and asking if maybe I can call someone at home and see if they can take a pic and send it to me. I will go to Costco instead and give them my service and money

My trip to this location was awesome! The two female associates were very friendly and helped me out choosing the right frame that looked good on me. (Thank you Niki and her coworker, sorry I cant recall your name atm). I like their honest constructive feedback! Also, it wasn't busy when I went.. so the ladies didn't mind taking their time to help me find the right look. I highly recommend this place! My lenses came out to $30 each (Polycarbonate HD = $60) and the frame price is based on which one you pick. (Mine were $135; pricey but Im very happy to have a stylish new look). If you're a plus member, you get a 20% off any pair. All in all, happy with my visit. Side note: I brought my own perscription in.. Had my eye exam done at Walmart. So just bring your subscription in and hopefully they help out like they did with me :)
