Dr. Multack did an excellent job on my cataract surgery. He has the best bedside manner and his staff was super kind and informative. He truly changed my life and gave me the best vision!

I am giving this review of Dr. Shifrin for medical coding concerns related to treatment I received. I questioned the out of pocket expense with my insurance company to find I was charged a surgical expense for a similar procedure I received from my "dermatologist" just recently. I was annoyed that at Dr. Shifrin's office, I was questioned on a valid insurance card when I had been there just weeks prior. I took it under consideration that she was new & double checking. She made it known however, on what insurance will cover for which she considered a 10 minute surgical treatment. I will not make any return visits.

I was taken aback when I was accosted, yes I said accosted by two girls working the front desk. They were so disrespectful towards me. It was all about getting paid. They said I couldn’t stay unless I made a payment, and since I was dropped off for my appointment I went ahead and paid, not that I wasn’t going to pay, but it was the “approach”. They were so unprofessional. I wrote a letter and to Dr. Multack and he did not even respond. More training needed.🤨
