It turned out I had a bad case of pink eye. I called that morning and could not see my doctor but was able to get in to see Dr. George Reyna at 2:10. He prescribed amazing drops. HEB filled my prescription within 15 minutes after I got there. I got my drops at 4. As soon as I used the drops my eyes started to clear up, itching went t away and all that yukky stuff went away. I have to use the drops for 10 days but my eyes are almost back to normal. So thankful you were able to fit me in. Thank you so much. I am always referring people to San Antonio Eye Center and will forever continue to do so. All the people there are amazing. Thank you Dr Reyna! Have a great Christmas!!

I have not had any contact with this Dr. I had an appointment with him about a month ago. We showed up on time but was left waiting for a long time, I’d say over an hour. My husband has to drive me to all my appointments because I am unable to. I have several autoimmune diseases that cause me problems, I can’t move without a walker and sitting in any kind of chair causes extreme pain. My Husband tried to get information from the front desk but was told that there was only one Doctor and many people in front of us. My husband felt like we were in a low income Doctors office. He decided we were leaving and told the staff that. I was getting very sick from sitting there so I was ready to go home. I believe my Husband told them we would not be back. I see a lot of Doctors, my time is limited and just as important as the Doctors charging me to sit and wait. You would think they would have called and rescheduled us knowing that they were short handed instead of making us wait. I have since been bombarded with texts and messages saying that my appointment is at such and such time. I called immediately and reminded them that I no longer would be a patient there, and I have no idea what they are doing because I received the message I am reviewing right now from a Doctor I have never seen. So be very wary of this office they don’t know who their patients are. It’s a shame to because I have severe eye problems and was looking forward to seeing this Doctor, from my research I knew he would be knowledgeable with my eye problems. Now I am left looking again.

Highly impressed with the fast intake process! on time, I almost forgot how that works. Friendly staff. Really good technicians. Dr Reyna,, educated, experienced and knows how to educate me on the medical terminology and helped me to understand what is right with my sight and what was going on in plain English. My husband also saw him and was told he didn’t need progressive glasses just readers! Thank you
