We arrived at 3:45 to the Pediatric building today to learn that the staff to help us pick out glasses had already left for the day, even though the sign on the door says that they don’t close until 5pm. The office lobby was disheveled and even had painters tape on the wall with no smell of fresh paint (see picture). The lady behind the computer was unable to help us order a pair of glasses, and soon after we left, she also left early. If there was staff available to help during business hours, I think we could’ve had a better experience.

We didn't see his original eye specialist because he has transferred to another location. However, my son was supposed to see another eye doctor, but he didn't see her,due to being over booked all while she is still new and in training. The office never informed us about a 2 hour wait. Bad communication with patients and our time wasted with no actual visit with the specialist. Bad service and poor communication skils.

My mother had an appt at 930 just for a contact lens exam and was still not seen by 1045!!! At this time we were told insurances were still being verified and when we said we would pay out of pocket at this point were told the costs need to be verified and still needed to wait. We endedup leaving after not being called for almost 2 hours. So unprofessional
