Dr Graham was wonderful! I was experiencing flashing light and web lines and they got me in right away. I was scared. He was so patient and compassionate. He took time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. He explained the “ what if’s” do I would be aware of what to be concerned about. The staff was also great from the moment I walked in. Everyone was kind and personable. The equipment was cleaned before use. Even the clipboard was wiped down after each use. Thank you all. Wow! I drove 3 1/2 hours to see Dr. Emil Fadel. The customer service and the medical attention I received was exceptional. He always treats us like family and I was so glad to come get my eye exam all the way in SA. He in an expert in his field and we will definitely come back again.
