It was my first time to this practice referred by a friend, I had an amazing experience! The Dr. that saw me was very detailed and kind the staff was very sweet and helpful! I had Cataract surgery by Dr. Simons. The entire experience was outstanding. I commend the staff I interacted with. The facility was clean and organized. The woman who checked me in was incredibly kind and thorough. The billing person, Veronica, was very kind and helpful with the process. The technician, an African-American was very thorough and patient, he made sure everything was clean.

I did have to wait for 25 min before seeing nurse, but was very helpful. Then I saw Dr J and had a very professional experience. She answered all my questions and she explained her findings and her recommendation. Overall I had a great experience.
