Doctor Karen Chao is one of the rudest doctors I have ever experienced in my life. She had a horrible attitude, very rude disrespectful tone of voice while asking medical questions. She seemed to get really annoyed because I was explaining how my eyes hurt and laughed at me because of the issue I was having. Would never come here again and suggest everyone to not come here unless you want to experience the worst eye doctor visit

I appreciate the professionalism and customer care services provided by Dr. Chao and her staff. I also feel that I am getting high quality service and eye glasses from this facility. Thank you to Dr. Chao and her staff for a job well done.

Very nice and helpful crew. Easy to do the required paperwork. Dr. Karen Chao is amazing. She is obviously knowledgeable, professional, but (most importantly) carrying. Easy to deal with this place. My experience that you feel you are cared for.
