Older building can have a little attention but overall ok. Older folks run the business which makes it interesting I'm thinking it's family oriented. Good prices on glasses.

I don't know about anyone else who works at this office but the two older Vietnamese ladies who work in the front have no idea what they're doing. They put any order issues/problems aside for MONTHS before they try to address the issue. Each time you call they act confused and tell you to wait but never call back until you finally call them and they do the same thing all over again. My family member is about to lose their insurance benefits for glasses this year because these people aren't taking prompt responsibility for their carelessness. This issue could have been resolved as least 2 months ago and they still won't do it even when the vision insurance company has reached out to them and told them how to resolve the issue (which is one simple phone call!). This place is ridiculous.

I got my glasses here a few years back. Came back to get a new pair they have a wide variety of frames. They're very helpful and would recommend this place

Their website says “walkins are welcome” that’s not true. I went there to get my eyes checked, one of the front desk person was going to say yes, but an older lady(im assuming she is the one that okays people in their establishment, nodded her head saying NO) that’s perrru rude an unprofessional to PICK your customers when your customers can see it. My budget wasn’t to much, just $1,000 only maybe thousand is not enough for someone to spend on their business. So I decided to spend it somewhere else where they CARE ABOUT making business and creating good customer relationship. Business owner: thinks twice before YOU SELECT YOUR CUSTOMERS, you might regret big time, and if you continue doing it you won’t stay in business for to long.

The reason I give only 1 star: Doctor is very nice, almost staff nice only 1 staff: her name is KIM not respect customer, working with an unprofessional attitude. Some my coworkers was complain about her too

I’ve been coming here for years with my family and every time I come in, it’s a great experience. The staff is friendly and informative, the optometrist is very friendly and informative and patient. I love coming here. (:

Great customer service was seen right away and the optometrist was friendly and professional. Also was able to get my father, to get his eye's checked. The optometrist explained his conerns putting him at ease. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Great place... Made an appointment, walked in and was helped right away. The doctor was very informative and I wasn't pressured to buy anything. Eye exam and glasses cost me $25 with VSP. I've been going to Costco for years, and never paid so little. Thank you!

Waited 45 minutes *with an appointment* and was never seen. A family who arrived after me with a later appointment was helped first. No explanation or acknowledgment. Left because it wasn’t worth the wait. Very disappointing.

Ordered glasses 8 weeks ago, still no response after two calls. Just called and front desk hung up on me! Unbelievable...

They are kind sometime there is miscommunication between the customer and workers but the optometrist is sweet and the ladies are trying their best. Coupled with the fact that their glasses selection is wide I very much appreciate it. the test is less than 30mins and your glasses arrive there in exactly 2 weeks they accept VSP insurance and others I’d call ahead to check if your provider is partnered with them

Very kind staff and optometrist is super super sweet, she’s great ~~ I’ve been coming here for 15+ years and they never failed to help me. I remember when it was my high school graduation and I literally came 30mins before my graduation drop-in and they helped me quickly eye check and get my contacts (I ran out of contacts...). Great people ~~ Just remember to treat others with respect and patience and you’ll get that back in return.
