The doctor is really experienced and kind. The customer service is poor and all over the place. Personally I feel they do not do a good job with verifying insurance in terms of what is and is not covered. They are quick to say something covered by insurance is a sour of pocket cost. They take several weeks to get your contacts and glasses after ordering them. They also ordered incorrect glasses for my partner. It’s hard to speak to them because they don’t listen, they just debate everything and look at you with hatred. Due to the poor and nasty service I have decided to move to a new practice.

The office staff are very patient and respectful.If a problem arises the manager handles it right away. The optometrist ,Dr Michael will take care of your visionary needs correctly. And he will explain to you what’s going on with your vision throughly.I would recommend going to Sanaga Optical & Eye Care to anyone who’s looking for a new Optometrist.

The Staff was very kind and patient in spite of being rather crowded . Ms Jackie and the wonderful woman that registered clients were very organized and communicated well with each other . I appreciated how Jackie worked hard to make sure that I was able to get the features that I needed , and even a style that was flattering .
