I would look for other providers, Ms. Yen provided subpar explanation of after surgery care and checkups for my family after Lasik treatment, and was generally harsh in her encounter. My family of 4 had issues with %75 of the cases. (I get eye sensitivity to lights still, and migraines have become an issue until I went and received corrective lenses) I would not recommend looking into going to Ms. Yen instead I would recommend looking into another provider that can provide more adequate care for your needs.

I would discourage strongly anyone from seeing this particular "dr". Was sent there after an accident. She had tons to say about my eyes until I asked her to document everything for me since this was an accident case. She didn't want to be involved. I was issued glasses...that I couldn't see out of. Dr said keep wearing them, you will get used to them. Instead I became dizzy wearing them and my eyes felt strained and I had horrible headaches. I called. Told them this. I came back in. Said they needed to change them. Again I was told I needed to wear them to get my eyes used to them. Since I don't live in springfield this made driving dangerous. I tried earnestly to follow Dr's. orders but could not handle the headaches anymore. I made another appt. Dr walked in and asked why I wasn't wearing my glasses. I figured after several phone calls and visits, she should have some clue why. That was after all the reason for my repeat visit. She became irritated . I repeated my problems with wearing them and that I couldn't Drive to appts with them. Also that I had never heard of glasses that made you see less/worse. Isn't the point of wearing glasses to help you see better? She got snotty with me and said I was in need of help that she could not provide and suggested I see a psychiatrist...! I asked her, "I can't see out of the glasses you prescribed for me, they give me headaches and eyes strain, and I'M CRAZY? I just want clear eye sight!" She reiterated her "crazy" suggestion and left the room. I was then given a pair of glasses that were basically clear glass. I took them across the street to my chiropractor and without telling him what went on, asked him to please look through my glasses and tell me what he saw. He said I don't wear glasses but ok. Then he preceeded to tell me that he could see perfectly out of them Hence, no prescription. Then I told him about what had just happened. He was just as shocked as i was. Please dont trust this Dr with your eyesight. She isn't worth the risk!

She hacked my lasik, and instead of doing her job, she showed her true colors, which is not the bubbly personality she pretends to have. She lies, is extremely rude and makes fake incident reports, but also forgot I recorded everything with her permission. I ended up having to go somewhere else where they actually know what they are doing to save my eyesight.
