Best optical experience ever. The doctor took the time to explain things to myself and my wife, discussed options and really made us feel heard and cared for. The two women who checked us in and worked with us on our pre screens and then the selection of glasses were outstanding as well. Healthcare would be much better if it all operated like this team does.

My eyeglasses were off on the axis by 4 degrees and give me headaches, but they told me it's within error range. It's not worth spending money on glasses here since they can't make them right with the correct prescription and just tell you it's within error range. I looked it up online and it's not supposed to be off by that much, I don't recommend going here. Glasses are not usually off by 4 degrees on the axis; it's a small amount, but significant enough that anything over a few degrees (often within a +/- 5 degree range) can cause noticeable blur, distortion, eye strain, or dizziness, requiring a remake, as the axis dictates the precise angle for astigmatism correction. While small deviations (like 1-2 degrees) might go unnoticed, a 4-degree error can impact vision clarity and comfort, depending on your astigmatism's strength.
