I am honestly shocked with how many 5 star reviews this facility has. I paid $500, was poked in the eyes over 20 times with a handheld tonometer (soo uncomfortable), my glasses do not properly fit my face and are constantly sliding down despite me asking for an adjustment from a rude saleswoman. I was pushed out the door. Now, just a few months later my lenses have separation cracks but are smooth on the outside. I am so uncomfortable bringing my glasses back to this facility, who knows what they will charge! The chipping is obviously a defect. Their employees made me feel like an inconvenience and I am not comfortable returning. In 2019 my first pair of glasses near Ft Riley cost $150 with tricare. In 2022 Sango eye care charged me $500 *edit to add* I went to America’s Best and paid $217 with Tricare for a new pair. Their staff was amazing and pricing is much better. Avoid Sango eye care.

I work in healthcare, so I know what standards should look like. Let me tell you, my expectations were blown away with Sango Eye Care. From checking in at the front desk (actually, from making my appt and then sending me my updated paperwork to fill out before my visit), to the very little wait time, and then the tech and Dr Jackson being extremely kind, thorough, and down right pleasant - this was the most seamless and enjoyable Dr appt I have likely ever had. I will never go to another eye clinic as long as I'm in Clarksville. More offices should take a look at how Sango Eye Care is operating and take some notes because they've got it down!

I am so impressed with this clinic! My husband called at 7:30 and was able to get an appointment at 8 o’clock that same day. The doctor and staff were extremely nice and informative. Will definitely be coming back here.
