I've been going to his office since i was 12 years old ..... the fact that i called to schedule an appointment and his receptionist had the nerve to tell me that i need to show up because i canceled my last appointment. An appointment thats was in the heart of a pandemic. Oh an she said I didn't show for one appointment.i'm sorry does fighting for my life in hospital not important. She comes off rude and disrespectful, so while dr saragas is amazing I can't in good heart deal with someone like this

Brenda the Receptionist is one of the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever met in the health industry in my entire life! Dr. Saragas please get rid of this dreadful person.

Worse customer service ever!! The front desk lady Brenda is really rude. The clinic structure is precarious. They don’t have a simple sink for you to wash your hands and remove your contact lenses. Your eyes deserve a better care.
