Dr Bala and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Started with Jennifer on the phone being so considerate and helpful. Dr Bala was so kind, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. Her staff is very personable and very professional. Dr. Bala explained the process to me and put me at ease. I had both eyes done and my eye sight is 20/20. I’m so happy I got it done. Best thing I’ve done in a while for my self. Procedure was painless and my eyes healed up great. She’s a great eye doctor. Very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get help for cataract surgery. 🥰
